Welcome to Dover!

The Dover is one of 18 condo buildings in the Town Shores complex. We are comprised of 52 units with 4 stories. We may be one of the smaller buildings, but we know how to have fun. We are a very active building and have nightly gatherings on our patio as well as occasional pot luck parties where food is plentiful and fun is had by all. We have a dedicated Board of Directors that take great pride in the running of our building. 

Dover is a pet friendly (under 20 lbs) dog/cat building as well as a non-smoking building. 

Within the Town Shores community, we have four swimming pools, a clubhouse (that features many activities), pickleball/tennis, bocce ball and shuffle board courts. 

Because of our wonderful location here in Gulfport, you have access to a public beach, downtown Gulfport restaurants, public parks and many seasonal happenings within walking distance.
